Bruna Maria is a visual artist, painter and photographer.

She creates original and commissioned paintings, including pet portraits and wildlife, drawing from animal meanings and the symbolism of nature. Her approach balances realism with a softer, imaginative quality, often placing the eyes at the centre of the composition.

Alongside painting, she works with commissioned photography of people and events, as well as her own photographic work, available as fine art prints.

At the core of her practice is a desire to create pieces that hold a sense of presence, wonder and the quiet mystery that nature can evoke.

Her work has been exhibited and featured in publications, including In the Wild in London, where she was a finalist in 2021.
